We're Open for Business!

This global pandemic is real, but we're taking all precautions to keep this awful 'lil enterprise up and running. Hand washing prior to handling our products has always been a policy, and all of our products are created, assembled and picked up by Canada Post at one location.

For convenience, we've created a list of updates below. We will update this page if there are any significant changes to shipping policies as new developments unfold. 

Update on free shipping (April 18, 2020):

Due to shipping delays worldwide, we have temporarily discontinued our *free* shipping outside of the US and Canada. All overseas orders will be shipped with tracked service. For most destinations, we're charging a flat (discounted) $15CAD fee to cover part of the extra costs. As much as we'd love to keep shipping untracked packages overseas, we need to be able to track your stuff if there are delays!

Note that we are still offering free shipping to Canada and the US.

Update on shipping delays (March 26, 2020):

Note that shipping suspensions and delays may affect some international destinations this spring. Orders to Canada and the US are still operational and we're upgrading to tracked shipping service whenever possible. For other destinations, we'll check the country of shipping addresses as they come in to make sure that postal service is available for any new orders. Canada Post keeps the list of international delivery suspensions updated here.
